Exchange and Returns

The ARCANA's flow of exchange or return in case of damage, defect, order discrepancies, and etc.

1.Please contact arcana person in charge

2.The person in charge will contact you, and (if possible) we will arrange replacement shipment or collection .
3. In case the replacement product cannot be shipped, refund will be issued.

※ Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed according to the customer’s original payment method.

For credit card / debit card / installment payments:
Refunds will follow the processing time of the issuing bank.
Credit card or installment payments: 7–15 business days
Debit card payments: 30–45 business days

For QR Code PromptPay payments:
Please fill out this form.
After submitting the form, kindly contact us via LINE or ARCANA’s social media channels.

Notes

Please contact us in advance before return the product, we cannot accept the returns If you return the product without contacting us.
In case of customer circumstances, customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
In case of returning wrong item, we cannot accept the returns and will send them back to you.
In case of a return due to the customer's circumstances, shipping and handling charges will not be refund.
After we received the product, the offset or refund will be done after inspection, please note that The procedure may take some time.
The returning in case of customer circumstances are subject to conditions as below

Must be unopened and unused.
Must be notified within one month from the date of shipment.
